Quotations and scope
An enquiry or site visit request does not create a contract. Any service is governed by the written quotation, assumptions, exclusions, programme, technical information and accepted commercial terms.
Technical responsibility
Fire-resistance period, product system, limiting temperature, coating schedule, environmental classification and acceptance criteria must be provided or approved by the responsible project parties.
Media and intellectual property
First-party project media and site content are owned by or licensed to Premier Blasting. They may not be reused commercially without permission.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep information accurate and the site available, but do not promise uninterrupted access. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
